UK shipping is sent via Royal Mail 2nd class, or Tracked 48. Please select the correct shipping for your requirements.
International shipping is sent via Royal Mail Standard or Tracked. Please select the correct shipping for your requirements. Delivery times will vary. For all orders shipping outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, these will be collected at the point of delivery. Meridian Miniatures is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note, Meridian Miniatures is unable to provide the amount of taxes or duties that may be charged on delivery. Meridian Miniatures is not responsible for loss or damage of an item(s).
International shipping may be subject to delays due to customs procedures in the destination country. We cannot be held responsible for any delays to shipping in your region, due to industrial action for example. Please consider this before placing your order.
We are not able to mark merchandise as a 'gift' or of 'no commercial value'
Unless you have ordered a pre order item, your order will be shipped within 1-5 working days. If you have ordered a pre-order item, all purchases will ship with that pre order. Orders are not able to be part shipped.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure we have the correct shipping address for your order at all times. We are very happy to accommodate changes of address prior to your order leaving us, however if we have not been informed before the item has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for any missed deliveries.
Returns
If you wish to return your product, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item. You then have a further 14 days to send your item back to us (at your cost, unless faulty/damaged) to be issued a refund or exchange. Returns should be made to the following address:
